The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the kids play area near the main restaurant. It is also convenient to dine in the themed restaurants, with new buildings for 4 of them. The room had a fantastic walk-in shower with a rain shower and hand held shower. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff like Çersin in the main building bar and gardens. The breakfast was delightful, with warm bread rolls served by waitresses.
It seems that the WiFi connection was not very reliable throughout the hotel.

Everyone in the rooms already needs an update. Some enclosures also need to be rebuilt or upgraded.

The hotel had an ideal location close to many attractions and public transport. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. the food was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes.
The hotel decor felt a bit outdated, and the room could do with a refresh. the pool area could get crowded and sometimes it was difficult to find a sunbed.

The new fully airconditioned restaurants were a great addition, providing a comfortable dining experience. The location directly on the beach was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or queries.

The entertainment options were limited, with just one night club and infrequent live shows. The public bath could be cleaner, and the beach access was further away than expected.

Easter was amazing! The egg hunt was a hit with the kids and the chocolate eggs were yummy. The pool near our room was so convenient and never crowded. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with the beach just a short walk away.
The buffet was a bit repetitive and the service at the snack bar was slow at times. The rooms could use a bit of updating, but they were still clean and comfortable.
